Privacy policy
How Operator One uses private account data and optional public feedback.
Operator One stores account, subscription, conversation, message, business-profile, website-context, feedback, and usage data to provide and secure the service. Customer conversations are sent to the configured AI provider to generate responses. Private customer information is not added to the public knowledge corpus.
Feedback is private by default. A customer can explicitly choose private, anonymous, or named homepage display. Anonymous or named consent sends the testimonial to admin review; it is not public unless approved. Named display uses only the exact public display value entered by the customer, never an email, billing name, phone number, or private business information inferred by Operator One.
Customers can revoke public testimonial display or change named display to anonymous in Settings without losing the one-time feedback bonus. Revocation immediately removes the testimonial from the approved public projection. Deleting an account removes the associated feedback and any public testimonial through the account-owned deletion relationship.
