Privacy policy

Operator One stores account, subscription, conversation, message, business-profile, website-context, referral, and usage data to provide and secure the service. Customer conversations are sent to the configured AI provider to generate responses. Private customer information is not added to the public knowledge corpus.

Live web research is designed to use a public version of the customer's question. Private account identifiers and private business context are not intentionally supplied to public web-search queries. Source links used in a researched answer may be shown in the conversation.

Customer data is separated by authenticated account controls and database row-level security. Payment card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored by Operator One. Service providers receive only the information needed to perform their role.

Customers can delete their account from Settings. Account deletion cancels an active subscription first and removes the associated application data, subject to legally required payment, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.
