Operator One Referral Terms
Effective 11 August 2026
Eligible paid Operator One customers may share their unique referral link or code. A new customer who uses a valid referral receives 20% off their first paid month. The referring customer receives a credit equal to 20% of the current standard monthly subscription price after the referred customer’s first subscription payment succeeds.
Each referrer may receive a maximum of two lifetime referral credits. If two unused credits exist before the same renewal, they may combine up to 40% of that charge. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be paid out.
A referral must be attributed before the new customer’s first paid subscription. One referred customer may have only one referrer. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, account cycling and retroactive claims are not eligible. A code may stop accepting attribution once its owner has reached the reward limit or is no longer eligible.
Rewards are confirmed only after a successful first subscription payment. Refunds, disputes or chargebacks may cause an unused credit to be reversed. If a credit has already been consumed, the case may be reviewed. Cancellation does not turn a credit into cash.
Referral discounts do not stack with other promotions unless Operator One explicitly states otherwise. Operator One may reject abusive or ineligible referrals and may update or end the program prospectively, while honouring valid credits already issued subject to these terms.
