Subscription, cancellation & fair use

Each verified Operator One account includes 15 lifetime adviser responses with no card required. Only successfully completed and saved adviser responses count. Failed, stopped, timed-out, provider-error, cancelled, or unsaved generations do not count. This allowance is not a time-based trial and is never reset by subscribing, cancelling, creating conversations, or changing client-side state.

Operator One Monthly costs US$250 per month. It unlocks the same complete adviser used during the free allowance, with no lower-quality tier, per-message charge, or overage billing. A payment method is required and paid access begins only after Stripe confirms a successful subscription through authenticated server-side processing.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Customers can manage payment details, view invoices, or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. When cancellation is scheduled for period end, paid access continues through the date shown in the account.

Rolling fair-use protection permits up to 30 successfully saved adviser responses in any 60-minute period and 60 successfully saved responses in any 24-hour period. Failed, stopped, timed-out, provider-error, cancelled, or unsaved generations do not permanently count. No overage fee is charged. Access returns automatically as the applicable rolling window clears.

Automated, bulk, programmatic, abusive, or shared-account use may be rate-limited or restricted to protect service quality. These controls are not a monthly response allowance. If a subscription expires or payment status no longer permits paid access, any unused lifetime free responses remain available. Existing conversations always remain saved and readable.

Operator One is limited to 100 concurrent paid customer memberships. Free accounts do not consume paid capacity. A temporary checkout reservation does not create access; a membership spot is claimed only after the qualifying payment succeeds. Owner and administrator access does not consume customer capacity.
